June 20, 2019 – Diamond Bakery is excited to announce its first ever tattoo contest. The “Go Crackers” contest will run from Now-7/07/19 with the grand prize winner announced on 7/8/19.
“We’re asking customers to show us how crackers they are for Diamond Bakery in Ink,” said Maggie Li, Sales & Marketing Director of Diamond Bakery Company, Ltd. “Everyone who participates will win $500 in product gift cards, the first 15 qualified entries will win $750 in gift cards, and the grand prize winner will receive $2,000 in gift cards.”
The company may be 97 years old, but it is still innovating. Over the past few years they’ve launched a new line of Grab’n’Go products, Hawaii Bites, Hawaii Biscuits, New Hawaiian Shortbread Cookies, updated their line of Traditional Cookies from flavors to new snackable packaging focused on a more progressive “on-the-go” audience.
“We hope that by reaching out and communicating with the younger generation we’re able to keep our brand top-of-mind,” said Li. “The new generation is trendy, and we’re finding different ways to connect with them on a more modern level from their parents and grandparents – which is really exciting!”
Diamond Bakery has created 5 tattoo designs featuring the Sea Life Animal Crackers, and participants can decide how they want to color them in. The designs and the rules are available on our website, social media platforms, as well as featured tattoo shops around the state.
“In Hawaii, tattoos are a part of our history and culture,” said Li. “We have already had such a positive response from the promotion, we’re super excited to see how many kamaaina show their support of our brand in ink!”
