Lilikoi Guava Sugar Rim Ingredients:
- Course Natural Sugar
- 3 Diamond Bakery Lilikoi Shortbread Cookies
- 3 Diamond Bakery Guava Shortbread Cookies
- Orange Juice
Punch Ingredients:
- Orange Juice
- Cran-Pineapple
- Sparkling Water OR ChampagneGarnishes:
- Raspberries
- Orange slices
Instructions:
1. In a large pitcher or carafe combine 2 parts orange juice with one part cran-pineapple juice and ice. Stir in oranges and raspberries.
2. Place lilikoi cookies in a food processor and grind until very fine, mix with sugar and pour onto half of a plate.
3. Repeat step one using guava cookies and pour onto the other half of the plate.
4. Dip the rim of each glass into a shallow bowl filled slightly with orange juice.
Then dip the rim into the cookie sugar mixture lining the rim.
5 .Add ice to each glass and fill 2/3 of the way with the juice mixture.
6. Top with sparkling water OR champagne.
7. Garnish with orange slices and raspberries and have a very Happy New Year!
