An old-time favorite, the Saloon Pilot Cracker recipe originally came from missionaries visiting our islands hundreds of years ago. A favorite snack to be enjoyed with jelly, cheese, and various spreads our Saloon Pilot Crackers are packed full of our signature Diamond Crunch.

        ENRICHED FLOUR BLEACHED (WHEAT FLOUR, NIACIN, REDUCED IRON, THIAMINE MONONITRATE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID), WATER, LARD CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF SUGAR, CORN STARCH, BAKING SODA, SALT, INVERT SUGAR, WHEY, CORN STARCH, MALTED BARLEY, CORN,  ENZYMES, SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE, CALCIUM SULFATE, SODIUM METABISULFITE.

      • We have visited Hawaii several times in previous years. My husband saw your crackers and decided to try them since then we have been hooked.
